2nd Anniversary Contest Terms & Conditions

1. The contest is only open to residents of Singapore aged 18 years or over.

2. The closing date for entries will be at 11:59 PM on 18th September 2020.

3. Top entries will be selected from all the completed entries received and verified by the SilverActivities team. Winners will be chosen from these entries randomly by software.

4. The winners will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram page by 4 pm Monday 21st Sep 2020. Winners will be contacted through Facebook/Instagram chat. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.

5. If the quality/quantity of entries received is not enough and as per expectation, the contest may be withdrawn/cancelled. SilverActivities reserves the right to terminate or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice.

6. SilverActivities decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. The prizes are as stated and non-transferrable. No cash, exchange, or other alternatives will be offered.

8. The winner agrees to the use of his or her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
